Len Ford

— Managing Director & Technical Director
- 1974 D.Phil in Molecular Biophysics (Using Visual Display Systems for visualising large molecules)
- 2001 Founded Audlem Software Ltd – a software development company
- 2009 Joined forces with David Thornley to develop ConversationalCRM
Len has over 40 years experience of developing software solutions both for companies and since 2001 for his own company, Audlem Software Ltd. He has developed in most technologies on many different platforms.
Dave Ford

— Developer and Tester
- 2003 Joined Audlem Software Ltd as a developer and tester
Dave is the primary tester for ConversationalCRM and makes sure that the product is as error-free as possible.
David Thornley

— Sales and Marketing & Founder
- 2010 Founded ConversationalCRM (formerly Adara Pipeliner)
- Provides knowledge of sales methodologies and marketing
- Trains new and existing clients
As founder of Adara Associates, “the sales pipeline engineers” David Thornley helped over 50 businesses, make their sales and marketing work better. He also now runs his own company, Almeisanto help companies re-vitalise their sales and marketing.
