    ConversationalCRM charges a single fee per month for the company to send emails

    • Any user of the company can send emails upto the agreed limit.
    • There is a setup fee of £100 which includes registering a suitable domain and configuring DNS servers etc.
    • We can optionally tell you how to add entries to your own DNS servers (the price is dependant on the work involved).

  • Do you have setup fees?

    We do not have setup fees. You agree to the ConversationalCRM Terms and Conditions on login.

  • Is my data secure?

    All interaction with ConversationalCRM, including data uploads and downloads, uses a secure connection (https). All uploaded data is stored within a secure British Datacentre.

  • When I pay are my details safe?

    Payments to ConversationalCRM and listclean are handled by PayPal. None of your PayPal account details or credit card details are held by listclean

  • Is VAT included in the prices listed?

    No VAT will be added when you are charged. Currently the rate is 20%.
